Looking forward to my solo show, Further to Fly showing from 11 March - 23 April, 2022 at Gallerysmith, 170-174 Abbotsford St, North Melbourne. An opening celebration will take place on Saturday 19 March.

I'm pleased to have my painting, Accord included in the group show, Of Colour & Light - Women Abstract Artists Biennial 2020. Curated by Anna Prifti.

As part of this exhibition's program, I will be part of a panel discussion that the Women's Art Register has organised. 

The discussion will be an open and inclusive forum for the artists and audience to discuss their work and the idea of abstraction as a vehicle for women artists.

2020

Absolutely delighted that Solitude, 2020, as one part of a collection of 19 artworks named 'Postcards from a pandemic (2020)', is now part of the Geelong Art Gallery Collection. This donation represents the socio-cultural significance of the @modernistersfor fundraising project.

I'm pleased to be able to donate two archival digital prints, Spectra #1 and Spectra #3 to Art Aid Gippsland, an exhibition and auction which aims to raise money to benefit the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund, following Gippsland's catastrophic bush fires.

I'm back from my residency in Perth and am extremely happy to announce that my painting, Flight has been acquired from my show, Inner Responses at Turner Galleries, by the University of Western Australia for their collection. Happy for it to be going to such a wonderful home!

I am delighted to announce that I have been selected as an artist in residence with the Turner Galleries Art Angels Artist in Residence Program. This residency includes a four week exhibition in the main gallery opening on Friday 15 March 2019, running until Saturday 13 April. If you are in Perth, please come and see the show.

2018

 

If you happen to be in West Melbourne between 5 - 27 October, drop in to West End Art Space and see the exhibition Of Colour & Light 2018, curated by Anna Prifti. My painting, Tristan is part of this biennial show, which features Victorian women abstract artists. Opening 6 October, 2 - 5pm Guest speaker Kate Nodrum.

My painting, Flight has been selected as a finalist in the John Leslie Art Prize. The exhibition will be held at The Gippsland Art Gallery, 70 Foster St, Sale from 22 September to 25 November 2018. Winner will be announced at the opening event on Friday 21 September, 6 - 8pm.

Happy to be included in Abstraction#TwentyEighteen, where one of my paintings, Power to the Imagination, is hanging as part of a project exhibiting abstract/non objective art across five Melbourne venues - Langford 120, Deakin University, Justin Art House Museum, Five Walls and Stephen McLaughlin Gallery. This project acknowledges the 50 year anniversary of The Field Exhibition and is on at the same time as The Field Revisited, showing at the NGV.

I'm thrilled to announce that my painting Zephyr has won the Local Art Prize in the 2017 Bayside Acquisitive Art Award.

My work has been selected as a finalist in the Bayside Acquisitive Art Prize. The exhibition will be held at The Gallery at Bayside Arts & Cultural Centre, Brighton Town Hall, cnr Carpenter & Wilson Streets, Brighton from 6 May to 18 June 2017. Winners will be announced at the opening event on Thursday 11 May, 6 - 8pm.

The Australian Tapestry Workshop will be holding an exhibition of work created by 2016 artists in residence. My residency was a great experience and I am delighted to be showing two works produced during my time there, Lana 1 and Lana 2.

The exhibition will run from 17 May to 7 July 2017, with the opening event on Tuesday 16 May from 6 - 8pm.

Gallerysmith will be showing two works at DENFAIR at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre from 2 - 4 June 2016. DENFAIR is a three-day event offering a fine selection of the best in contemporary art, furniture and design.
DENFAIR is an uncompromised reflection of Melbourne's passion for design, aesthetics and originality.

WINTER SOLSTICE

I have work in this group show. Gallerysmith welcomes the Winter Solstice with an exhibition that celebrates the astronomical transition from the shortest day of the year. This group exhibition comprises paintings and works on paper which link either directly or indirectly to the movement of the moon and its effect on the changing light. Artists include:

I am a finalist in the inaugural Bayside Acquisitive Art Prize 2015 with my painting  Sweep 1 from 2014. The exhibition will be open to the public from 2nd May to 13th June 2015 with winners announced at the opening event on Thursday 7th May at 6pm. The prize will be judged by Frances Lindsay AM, Dr Vincent Alessi and Julie Skate.

I will exhibiting two paintings in a forthcoming exhibition at Bundoora Homestead Art Centre, curated by Renee Cosgrove. The show will run from the 22nd April to 31 May 2015, with an opening on Saturday 2nd May. 

Two of a kind will showcase 30 artworks from the City of Darebin’s Art Collection. The exhibition is a celebration of key works in the Collection.  Each artist included in the exhibition will be invited to show a new work made in the last two years to accompany their work from the collection.
